While you can open over 150 different file types with the free version (PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, audio and video files, images, archives, and more), the full list of 300+ supported file types, including PowerPoint presentations, are reserved for the full version. Just to provide some clarification, File Viewer Plus does not have a file open limit.

If you'd like access to all 300+ supported file types and the ability to save and convert files, we offer an in-app purchase for the full version. Sharpened Productions responded on 12/1/2018 We're sorry to hear that you felt misled by what's offered with File Viewer Plus. However, please understand that we have no intention of misleading prospective users of the software. As stated in the Store's app description and in the welcome screen the first time you open the app, File Viewer Plus is available in two versions: free and full. The free version lets you open over 150 different types of files for no charge, and it allows document and image printing. The full version is a paid upgrade that supports all 300+ different file types. It sounds like you tried to open a type only available in the full version, which requires the paid upgrade.
